The Solar Guide is responsible for handling incoming leads via chat, phone and email. They must utilize the CRM to keep track of sales leads in the open pipeline. The inside sales team works with the Fulfillment (Design and Project Management) Teams, as well as the Support Team from lead to close (sale) and also aids and stays engaged with the customer through the installation process.
This position is requires sales member to work out of the Geostellar main office in Martinsburg, WV.
